THE IMPORTANCE OF PACKAGING
Below we explain why the packaging is important to preserve the properties of Aloe:
Products with high natural content, such as ATLANTIA Pure Aloe Vera Gel, require special packaging. And it's not on a whim.
The packaging is important to avoid any type of external contamination or the loss of the plant's original properties. It is essential to minimize the contact of the cosmetic with the air, thus avoiding aging and the tendency to oxidation in natural products.
At ATLANTIA we have opted for specific superior quality packaging. We use “airless”, a system by which a vacuum is created in the container that doses the product each time the valve is activated. It differs from traditional aerosols in that these require propellant gases that are added to the product. However, the “airless” works through a continuous vacuum system. As it is consumed, the remaining product does not remain at the bottom, but is propelled upwards due to the vacuum produced. And, unlike tube systems, which accumulate material, by using a piston that lifts the content from the bottom of the container, almost all of the product is dispensed.
The importance of packaging
THE PROBLEM OF OXIDATION
Avoiding oxidation is important because our product is 100% pure Aloe vera gel. On the market there are others made from powder that, since they are not natural, do not oxidize, but their level of properties is much lower. The oxidation process is common in fresh products such as avocados or apples, which, once broken, darken very quickly due to contact with air.
Remember that, for the pure Aloe vera gel to remain
With all its properties, it is very important that the packaging is adequate to preserve the contents.
