Mayorazgo, 38110 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, NIF B- 38662706, and with the contact email address info@atlantialoe.com.

2. Object:

These Conditions regulate the purchase of Atlantia brand products made by consumers and users through the official online store. www.atlantialoe.com.

3. Conditions of sale


The customer declares that he or she is purchasing one or more products for personal use and not for professional or resale purposes. You also certify that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity to place an order on the website. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of your legal representative. Atlantia is not responsible for purchases made by minors without authorization.

4. Order process

 4.1 Process stages

The order process is subject to compliance with the procedure established by Atlantia, which consists of a series of successive steps that the customer must follow to validate their purchase. To place an order on www.atlantialoe.com, the customer must:
1. Add the selected products to the cart in the desired quantities.

5. Prices and taxes


All prices are expressed in euros (€).

• For orders destined for European Union countries, prices include the corresponding VAT.
• For orders destined for third countries not belonging to the European Union, prices do not include VAT. In these cases, any possible customs expenses, tariffs or taxes derived from the import will be borne entirely by the client.

Prices may change without prior notice; However, confirmed orders will retain the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs

Spain: 5 euros

Europe: 12 euros (Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Vatican City and Monaco).

UK: 15 euros

Switzerland, Gibraltar, Iceland and Norway: 32 euros

Canada and other countries: 45 euros



6. Delivery

6.1. Shipping Notice

Once the ordered products have been shipped, Atlantia will inform the
client by email.
If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, it is recommended to check your spam folder and, if it does not appear, contact customer service at info@atlantialoe.com.

6.2. Order Tracking

The customer will be able to track their order by logging into their customer account, if available.

Atlantia is not responsible for any possible delays caused by customs procedures or any additional costs that may arise from them.


6.5. Delivery times


The delivery times indicated on the website are indicative and correspond to the
average preparation and transportation times:
Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands): 24–72 business hours.
Europe and UK: 3–7 business days.
International: variable depending on destination and carrier.
Atlantia is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons beyond its control or force majeure.
In case of pre-orders or special releases, shipping times may be longer than usual.


6.6. Data accuracy


The customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (street number, building, staircase, zip code, name on the doorbell, etc.). Atlantia is not responsible for incidents arising from incomplete or erroneous data.


6.7. Verification upon delivery


The customer must check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the package
received.
In case of visible damage or missing items, you must leave a written record on the delivery note or delivery receipt and, if applicable, reject the order.

7. Payment methods

Atlantia accepts the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Digital payment platforms: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Atlantia Gift Card (E-Gift Card): redeemable in whole or in part during the purchase process.
All payments are processed through certified secure gateways with SSL encryption.
In case of error or inability to complete the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.


7.1. Atlantia Gift Card:

Atlantia offers exclusively redeemable digital gift cards (E-Gift Cards)
at www.atlantialoe.com. They are used by entering the gift card code during the purchase process
If the amount of the order exceeds the balance on the card, it can be completed with another
payment method. If the balance is not depleted, the same code can be used on future purchases. Gift cards do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed
for cash. Atlantia is not responsible in case of loss or unauthorized use of the
code.


8. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the product, without the need for any justification.

Products must be returned unused and unopened, in its original packaging (primary packaging that contains the product)

The refund includes ordinary shipping costs (the difference with express shipping costs is not included) paid when placing the order. If an order includes more than one product, shipping costs will be refunded only if all products are returned.

Atlantia will refund the amount using the same payment method used.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of error or defect attributable to Atlantia.

If the withdrawal is not accepted, the product will be returned to the customer without any refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are those articles open, used or unsealed cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons.

8.1. Extended return policy


Atlantia voluntarily extends the return period to 30 calendar days.
Returns of open, used or unsealed cosmetics will not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

9. Legal guarantee


The products purchased on this website enjoy the Legal guarantee correspondingly established, by the current legislation that is applicable.

Thus, at EU level, ATLANTIA is responsible for any lack of conformity of the product, as provided for in EU Directive 2019/771, which establishes a minimum warranty period for the entire EU of two (2) years, this period being subject to extension by the national legislation that implements the Directive in each of the member states.

In Spain, the warranty period is three (3) years) in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.The client may request it repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the provisions of this standard.

To invoke the Legal Guarantee, it will be essential to present the corresponding purchase receipt or invoice.

Likewise, where appropriate, clients may benefit from any Commercial Guarantee that ATLANTIA can provide to its clients, in its capacity as producer or manufacturer,

Important: The commercial guarantee always operates without prejudice to the legal guarantee and other rights that as a buyer and/or consumer are provided for in the applicable legislation, which will always be of preferential application.

10. Intellectual property


The general structure of the site www.atlantialoe.com, as well as the texts, videos, audio content, fonts, images (animated or not), sounds, bulletins, press releases, catalogues, illustrations, graphics, photographs, computer programs and all audiovisual content reproduced therein are the exclusive property of Atlantia (Productos Naturales de Canarias S.L.).
Any reproduction, representation, publication, transmission or total or partial modification of the Site or its elements without the prior written authorization of Atlantia constitutes an infringement subject to civil and/or criminal actions.


Registered trademarks, logos, trade names and signs
badges belonging to Atlantia and/or its partners are also the exclusive property of Atlantia.


Reproduction or use without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Atlantia meets the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by the Spanish and European legislation.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.
