What is the age to start taking care of our skin?
Age is a number and, although each person is a world and ages at a different pace and form, experts agree that the age to start taking care of the skin should not be later than 25 years.
The skin is the most significant organ of the body and the most exposed to external agents, which is why we must take care of it with greater responsibily. Some of these factors are stress, feeding, lack of sleep or continuous exposture to the sun, among others.
The first thing we need to know is what kind of skin we have. From there, the next step is to adapt your care according to the age range in which we find ourselves.
When your 20
We could say that during our twenties the skin of the face is “impeccable”. It is true that there may be outbreaks of acne or other conditions, but it all depends on the type of skin. Therefore, the most important thing during this stage is prevention, especially against the sun´s rays.
When your 30
This is the the moment in which the first signs of age on the skin begin to manifest in our skin: spots, loss of elasticity, changes in coloring… In this point is really essential to carry out fibrotensing, moisturizing treatments and include some weekly mask to hydrate and complete the daily routine to reduce wrinkles and maintain perfect skin.
When your 40
Irremediably, the skin begins to look flabby and tired especially in the area of the face and neck. After 40 years, the key is cell renewal, as the face begins to blur and the goal is to recover part of thar elasticity, especially in the eye area.
When your 50
Whatever the age range you are in, the priority is always to protect yourself against the sun´s rays and carry out a proper hydratation routine.
Skin care should be a mandatory task at least twice a day, following the steps below and without age restrictions.
– Cleaning: practically the most important. Face cleaning with a specific product such as our cleansing mousse, for all skin types and without allergens. Its use, at least twice a day and especially at night, since when sleeping is when the skin regenerates.
– Exfoliation: at least one a week, since this way dead skin cells are eliminated at the same time we regenerate it, we provide shine and softness.
– Sun protection: Regardless of the time of year, sun protection is always mandatory.
In general terms, the skin will look healthy if, apart from pampering you with the steps mentioned above, we eat healthy food, drink water or exercise, among others.
