4. What are the shipping and transportation terms?

4.a) How long does it take to receive my order?

Packages are sent via Correos (postal service) or courier service. You shall receive your order in:

  • Spain and Andorra: delivery within 3-5 days
  • Europe: delivery within 3-7 days
  • Rest of the World: delivery within 15 to more days

These deadlines are estimates and PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the control of the company. In any case, we shall always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible in order to ensure quick and efficient reception of orders. Shipping costs for Spain shall depend on the weight of your order. Make a purchase over 30€ and the shipping costs for Spain shall be free.

The shipping cost is indicated separately when the order is placed. It shall be paid by the user and must be accepted before making payment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipment.

4.e) Where will I receive my order?

The products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the user on the order form.

Delivery shall be made through the transport companies offered by PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L.

7.c) What are the requirements for the exercise of the right of withdrawal?

If you decide to cancel the purchase once the order arrives, you shall be responsible for the return costs.

If any of these General Terms is declared null and void by the final decision of the competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of nullity.

13. Applicable law and competent courts
