Purchases made by users through our website ("Website") are subject to the following terms and conditions ("The Terms"). 

The purchase of products ("Product") through www.atlantialoe.com implies the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of the following terms and conditions of purchase. These Terms do not cover the sale of our Products outside the Website by third parties.

1. Product information and modification of offers

PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. may modify the terms or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service terms) at any time. However, under no circumstances will the modifications affect purchases already made by our users.

Product and manufacturer brands and names are used for identification purposes only.

Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the specified date or while stocks last. This also applies to the prices shown at the time of viewing the website.

2. How can I shop on the website?

By purchasing our products, you agree that communications with PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. will be mainly by electronic means.

To make a purchase on our website, follow these steps:

1. Add the products to your "shopping cart".

2. Provide us with your details and shipping and billing address.

3. To complete the purchase, pay the amount shown on the website through the payment gateway.

3. Product prices, taxes and customs

Customs charges are included in the price you pay; we will never ask you for an additional payment for customs charges, VAT or IGIC. Everything is included in the price (except for deliveries to Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EC).

It's simple: pay for your purchase at www.atlantialoe.com and you will receive it within the estimated period, without having to make any additional payments.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a user makes a purchase decision based on that error, we will inform them immediately, and they will have the right to cancel their purchase without incurring any costs.

The product price does not include shipping and handling costs; these will be indicated at the time of placing the order.

4. What are the shipping and handling terms?

4.a) How long will it take to receive my order?

Packages are sent by post or courier service. You will receive your order in:

3 days for shipments to Spain, Portugal or Andorra

7 days for shipments to the rest of Europe

10 days for shipments to the rest of the World included on our shipping destinations

Nevertheless, we will always try to shorten the delivery times as much as possible to ensure orders are received quickly and efficiently.

The agreed product delivery timeframes are without prejudice to delays that may be caused by force majeure.

4.b) What should I do in case of delay or shipment/delivery error?

If you notice an excessive delay in the delivery time, or if there is an error with your order, please contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The user will have the right to terminate the contract and the payment of the product and shipping amounts if we do not deliver within the agreed timeframe, and if the terms established in Article 66.bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are met.

4.c) How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs for Spain will depend on the weight of your order. On purchases over €30 weighing up to 5kg, shipping costs for Spain will be free of charge.

Shipping costs are free on purchases over €49 for Europe, and over €220 for the rest of the world, weighing to 5kg. Prices by country are listed in the shipping costs section of the www.atlantialoe.com website.

Shipping costs are shown separately at the time of placing the order; they are borne by the user and must be accepted before payment is made.

Shipping costs will vary according to the shipment type.

4.d) Where will I receive my order?

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the user on the order form.

Delivery will be made using the transport companies offered by PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the transport company will contact you to rearrange it.

PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. will track the delivery of your order.

5. Payment method

5.a) What payment methods can I use?

Products may be purchased by bank/credit card or PayPal.

5.b) Is the card payment system safe?

This system is completely confidential and safe, and data cannot be seen by third parties. PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. does not store any data on payments made by its users. The information will be provided directly to the bank’s payment platform.

6. What about invoices?

Invoices are sent electronically. You can download your invoice accessing your order history in your Atlantia Aloe account. You may request a paper copy of the invoice by sending an email to info@atlantialoe.com.

7. Cancellation

7.a) How long do I have to cancel a purchase or decide to return a product?

If you would like to return your order or cancel a purchase, we recommend sending your request to our email address: info@atlantialoe.com or by post to: PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. -Calle Laura Gröte de la Puerta, 16 - Nave 5, 38110 El Mayorazgo - S/C de Tenerife, although it may be done by any other means.

The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days from the date the product is received by the user or an authorised third party.

7.b) How can I cancel a purchase?

7.c) What are the requirements for exercising my right to cancel?

If you decide to cancel the purchase once your order arrives, you will be responsible for paying for any return costs.

You must send us the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to cancel.

7.d) How are refunds made?

PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. will refund your order amount via the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless you specify otherwise. We will not charge any fees for the refund (remember, you have 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of the cancellation). Any return transport costs are your responsibility.

If you have received your order, we may withhold your refund until we receive the products or proof of return from you. We recommend you always request proof that your order has been sent.

As our products are classified as hygiene goods, they must be unused, apart from merely checking that they have arrived in proper condition. They must have their original seal or packaging and must be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products have been damaged.

8. Data protection policy

PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. undertakes to comply with current legislation on the processing of personal data, particularly the Spanish Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data, or any other that may replace it in the future.

10. Force majeure

PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE CANARIAS, S.L. will not be liable for any failure or delay in complying with any of the obligations assumed when this is due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").

Force Majeure will include any act, event, failure to perform, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control, such as a) Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action; b) Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparations for war; (c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic or any other natural disaster; (d) Impossibility of using means of transport; Impossibility of using telecommunications systems; and (e) Government acts, regulations or restrictions. 

The obligations arising from these Terms will be suspended for the period of the Force Majeure. Furthermore, the timeframe for fulfilling such obligations will be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure, and we will use all reasonable means to terminate the Force Majeure or find a solution that enables us to fulfil our obligations despite the Force Majeure.

11. Partial nullity

Should any of these General Terms and Conditions be declared null and void by final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in force, without being affected by such declarations of nullity.

12. Applicable law and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising from or related to the subject matter or conclusion thereof (including disputes or non-contractual claims) will be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Website or its Products will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of S/C de Tenerife.

You are contracting as a consumer; nothing in this clause will affect your rights as recognised by the current legislation, and you may choose to file a claim to assert your rights in relation to these Terms before the corresponding Court or Tribunal in your country.

Here, you may file your complaints to try to reach an out-of-court settlement if you live in the EU.

If these relate to electronic transactions with consumers or data protection in this area, the complaints will be resolved by the Confianza Online Mediation Committee, which is accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. If the complaints relate to digital advertising or data protection in this area, they will be submitted to AUTOCONTROL, an independent advertising self-regulatory organisation.
